Heroin had been found inside a bag of a foreigner at a house in Dehiwala, the Police said.
The Police said that the heroin had been found when the Police conducted a raid on the house located at Terrence Avenue.
The Police recovered 886 grams of heroin from the bag. (Colombo Gazette)
