Anura Senanayake released after being granted bail

Former Deputy Inspector General of?Police Anura Senanayake who was granted bail last week in the Wasim Thajudeen murder case, was freed today after meeting his bail conditions. He was granted bail by the Colombo High Court last week. Senanayake was arrested in May last year in connection to the case. Nigeria decides to close down embassy in Sri Lanka

The Nigerian federal Government has decided to close its embassy in Sri Lanka, Per Second News reported.
