The cabinet has agreed to amend the Motor Traffic Act to impose spot fines against drivers contravening the seat belt regulations. Yellow rain reported in Hatton

Yellow rain has been reported from parts of Hatton this morning, a reporter in the area told The Hub. The rain was first seen by employees of the Mayfield tea estate on tea crops and on the ground.
