Ganeshan urged the United National Party (UNP) to withdraw the no-confidence motion on some Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) Ministers.
He said that while the SLFP Ministers voted for a no-confidence motion on Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe last week, that should not be used against the SLFP.
He warned that any action on the SLFP could result in the unity Government falling apart. (Colombo Gazette)
