Two children drown in Wattala

Two children who went for a swim at sea in Wattala last evening had drowned, the police media unit said today. The police said that the body of one child had been found floating near the shore. The police said that a 13 year old child and a 11 year old child had gone for the swim and had been dragged down by strong currents.
