Lanka to sign UN Convention on disappearances

Sri Lanka is to sign the International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearances, Foreign Minister Mangala Samaraweera said today. Norwegian FM here next month for high level talks

Ranil takes on trade unions, ready to talk

Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe today questioned the issue some trade unions have with the Government to protest without having talks.
