A Sri Lankan prisoner who tried to hide his mobile phone during a search of his cell was caught out when guards heard ring tones from his rear-end, a hospital official said on Friday. Probe on meteorite particles which fell in Kotte

An investigation is underway over particles of a meteorite which fell on a house near parliament, officials said today. Pillay hails UN review report on Lanka

The UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, Navi Pillay, has hailed the UN review report on Sri Lanka handed over to UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon last year.
