Debate on Bond Commission and PRECIFAC reports next month

Parliament will debate the reports of the Presidential Commission which investigated the treasury bond scam and the Commission of Inquiry appointed to investigate into serious acts of fraud and corruption next month.
The debate will take place on February 20 and 21st, the Parliament Secretary General said today.
Meanwhile, party leaders decided that the debate on both days will be a full day debate.
The reports of the Presidential Commission which investigated the treasury bond scam and the Commission of Inquiry appointed to investigate into serious acts of fraud and corruption, were tabled in Parliament yesterday (Tuesday).
The Reports of the Presidential Commission of Inquiry to investigate and inquire into the Issuance of Treasury Bonds by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka and the Presidential Commission of Inquiry to investigate and inquire into Serious Acts of Fraud, Corruption and Abuse of Power, State Resources and Privileges (PRECIFAC) were handed over to the Secretary General of Parliament on the 17th of January 2018.?(Colombo Gazette)
