Ravi warns of attempts to destabilise the unity Government

United National Party (UNP) Assistant Leader Ravi Karunanayake has warned of attempts to?destabilise the unity Government.

Karunanayake’s media unit quoted the former Finance Minister as saying that some people who are with President Maithripala Sirisena are attempting to topple the unity Government and abandon the President.

The Parliamentarian however said that the UNP will never abandon the President.

He said this while speaking at an election rally in Mattakuliya. (Colombo Gazette)
