A huge debate is ongoing on social media after a leaked telephone conversation has forced the BBC to remove its correspondent in Sri Lanka, Azzam Ameen. The private telephone conversation between Ameen and Parliamentarian Ranjan Ramanayake was exposed by a Buddhist monk recently. Eight students injured after roof of tuition class collapses

Eight students were injured after the roof of tuition class collapsed in Ambalangoda today. The Police said that the incident occurred this afternoon when the students were attending a class. The injured students were admitted to the Balapitiya hospital for treatment.
