Dayasiri, Thilanga group in SLFP sign MoU with Sajith

The Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) group led by Dayasiri Jayasekera and Thilanga Sumathipala signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) Leader Sajith Premadasa. Supreme Court confirms death sentence on Vass Gunawardena and son

The Supreme Court confirmed the death sentence imposed on former Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Police Vass Gunawardena and his son Ravindu Gunawardena over the murder of businessman Mohammed Siyam in 2013.
