The Court of Appeal today extended a stay order preventing the?Colombo Magistrate?s Court from hearing a case filed against former Defence Secretary Gotabhaya Rajapaksa and seven others. The case had been filed by the Bribery Commission in relation to?Avant Garde Maritime Services (Pvt) Ltd. The Court of Appeal extended the stay order on the case until December 5th.
