Sri Lanka seeks Seychelles’ support to enter Indian Ocean Commission

Sri Lanka has sought the support of Seychelles in its application to become an observer member of the Indian Ocean Commission, the outgoing High Commissioner said, according to the Seychelles News Agency. Ranjan Ramanayake arrested

United National Party (UNP) Parliamentarian Ranjan Ramanayake was arrested by the Colombo Crimes Division (CCD) today. He was arrested at his official residence at Madiwela, on an arrest warrant issued by the Nugegoda Magistrate’s court.
