Special flights to repatriate Sri Lankans stranded in India

The Government has decided to operate special flights to repatriate Sri Lankans stranded in India due to the global outbreak of the coronavirus. Commander of the Army Lieutenant General Shavendra Silva said special Sri Lankan Airlines flights will be operated for this purpose. Some court cases to be carried out via video/Skype link

Number of coronavirus patients in Sri Lanka reaches 59

The number of individuals infected with the coronavirus in Sri Lanka has risen to 59.
