Central Expressway to be completed by end 2019

The Central Expressway project is being done in four stages and will be completed by the end of 2019, the Minister of Higher Education and Highways Lakshman Kiriella said. Sri Lanka tells UN committee no more PTA detainees

Sri Lanka today told the UN Committee Against Torture (CAT) there are no more detainees arrested under the Prevention of Terrorism Act (PTA). Secretary of Thawheed Jamath arrested, remanded
