Seychelles and Sri Lanka today had talks on several issues including on the issue of heroin smuggling.
Vice President of Seychelles Vincent Meriton and Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe had wide ranging talks in Colombo.
The Prime Minister’s office said that they discussed curbing heroin smuggling, regional security, education, tourism and law and order related matters.
At the talks Wickremesinghe also agreed to a proposal by Vincent Meriton for Sri Lanka and Seychelles to form a joint commission. (Colombo Gazette)
