Ravi. K fails to appear before commission, gives new date

Foreign Minister Ravi Karunanayake failed to appear before the Presidential Commission investigating the alleged bond scam today.

The Minister informed the commission he was unable to appear owing to official duties.

The Minister is now expected to appear before the commission on August 2.
