Singaporean arrested with money hidden in baggage

A Singaporean national was arrested at the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) with large amounts of money. The 47 year old was?arrested by the customs staff at the departure lounge this afternoon with US$ 37,000, Euro 42,000, Sterling Pound 27,000 and Sri Lanka Rupees 4,500,000.00, valued at Rs. 22,277,220.00 concealed in his baggage.
