Semasinghe removed and Illangasinghe appointed to post

North Central Province (NCP) Miniater of Irrigation, Land and Rural Development H B Semasinghe was removed from his post today.

NCP member Sarath Illangasinghe was appointed as the new Provincial Minister of Irrigation, Land and Rural Development.
