The refugees were greeted by officials of the Ministry of Prison Reforms, Rehabilitation and Resettlement at the Bandaranaike International Airport.
Over the past two weeks, 56 Sri Lankan refugees had returned to the country from India.
The refugees were among thousands who had fled Sri Lanka during the war.
The Ministry of Prison Reforms, Rehabilitation and Resettlement said that mobile SIM cards were given to the refugees so they can keep in touch with their family members till they reach home.
Arrangements have been made to resettle all the refugees who return to the country. (Colombo Gazette)
