Number of coronavirus patients rises

One more patient infected with COVID-19 was detected today, bringing the total number of infected patients in Sri Lanka to 198. The Ministry of Health said 8 patients infected with the coronavirus were detected today. Pharmacies instructed not to issue medicines without prescriptions

Pharmacies have been instructed not to issue medicines without prescriptions. The Health Ministry has informed pharmacies to strictly follow the directives. Pharmacies around the island are now open daily, except Pharmacies in the areas designated as high-risk areas as a result of the spread of the coronavirus, including Colombo. Sri Lanka CERT warns of cyber attacks on Microsoft office

The Sri Lanka Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT) has warned of cyber attacks on users of Microsoft office. CERT said that with the COVID-19 crisis, cybercriminals are busy scamming and delivering malware using the attention-getting virus as a lure.
