    • Absolutely. The law MUST be applied equally without favor. The IGP MUST educate his traffic cops the traffic code. While most of the traffic cops stand-by on road sides busy chatting on mobile phones, while heavy vehicles, buses and users of SUVs with tinted glass and unlawful flashing lights resembling the cops of western capitals speed by sending other users of the roads off their path!! How is the IGP going curb crooked officers when he himself has been susceptible to political pressure via the famous video of his phone call?!!! Words, words and words – that’s all he has with no concrete actions to back it!!!!
