Pharmaceutical industry warns against unilateral decision on pricing

The pharmaceutical industry in Sri Lanka has warned against anyone dictating the pricing of pharmaceuticals in a unilateral or random manner. The industry also called for a transparent, equitable and fair pricing mechanism that is applicable to all pharmaceuticals. The Sri Lanka Chamber of Pharmaceutical Industry (SLCPI) said that there have been various misleading claims and misrepresentations made by various parties through both mainstream and social media on the pricing of pharmaceuticals.

Fonseka sees a potential leader in the mirror
