Modi and Wickremesinghe hold discussions on several issues

13352182478c4b8c747cd9071b32ac97Prime Minister Narendra Modi had bilateral  talks with Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe in New Delhi today, The Statesman reported.

“Furthering partnerships with a valued neighbor. PM @narendramodi meets Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe @RW_UNP at Hyderabad House,” External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Vikas Swarup tweeted along with a picture of the two leaders.

Wickremesinghe arrived in New Delhi yesterday on a three-day bilateral visit to India.

Earlier today, External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj called on Wickremesinghe.
The visiting dignitary will call on President Pranab Mukherjee later in the day.

The Prime Minister will attend the opening plenary of the India Economic Summit in New Delhi tomorrow before leaving for Colombo. (Colombo Gazette)

  1. We want Primer to NOT surrender ours National Economic and Political interest to India.
    We an opposed ETCA is destroy our national trade and investment by Indian monopolies of BJP that Hinduism
    Primer has to follow WTO guide line of nation interest first. We are Independent and Sovereignty country.

    No way go out of rout which like JRJ -UNP did in 1987 July Indo-Sri lanka Accord.

    Upheld ours sovereignty is life line of 2600 years of ours civilization.
