Over 50 people arrested during raid on party in Pamunugama

Over 50 people, mostly youth, have been arrested during a raid on a party held in Uswetakeiyawa, Pamunugama. The Police said that the party had been promoted using Instagram and drugs had been seized during the raid. The Police said that at least 57 people had attended the party and at least 16 of them had ICE and cannabis in their possession. Delegation from Tamil Nadu to meet imprisoned fishermen in Sri Lanka
