India, Lanka exchange fishermen

The Indian Coast Guard and the Sri Lankan navy were to exchanged fishermen arrested from both countries. The exchange was to take place at the International Maritime Boundary Line (IMBL) this morning. Bad weather to impact Sri Lanka

A wet phase of Madden-Julian Oscillation (MJO) wave is expected to impact Sri Lanka next month with heavy rain, the Climate Prediction Centre of the US National Weather Services has said.
