Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe says Parliament will be briefed on the deals Sri Lanka is to sign with China and India. Tense situation at immigration office involving FSP members

A tense situation developed at the immigration and emigration department in Borella involving members of the Frontline Socialist Party (FSP). The FSP members were protesting over the detention of FSP?politburo member Kumar Gunaratnam. Gunaratnam was yesterday?sentenced to one year in jail for violating local immigration laws.
