Jordanian sentenced to death for having heroin with him

A Jordanian was sentenced to death today for having heroin in his possession.

The Jordanian was arrested in November 2012 for the crime and the sentence?was delivered today by the Colombo High Court.

The Colombo High Court sentenced the Jordanian to death but since the death sentence is not implemented he will serve life in jail. (Colombo Gazette)
