President leaves for UK, will hold talks with David Cameron

President Maithripala Sirisena left for London today to participate in the Anti- Corruption Summit ? 2016, the President’s office said.
The Anti-Corruption Summit will commence tomorrow (May 12) in London, under the patronage of British Prime Minister David Cameron, with the participation of the leaders of several countries and other representatives. President Maithripala Sirisena is scheduled to address the summit on its first day.
President Sirisena is participating in the summit after accepting the invitation extended by the British Premier when he met him at the Commonwealth summit?held in Malta last January.
The President will hold bilateral discussions with Cameron on the sidelines of the Anti- Corruption Summit, the President;s office said. (Colombo Gazette)
