Sri Lanka’s Catholic Church said public masses will resume Sunday under tight security, two weeks after Easter bombings claimed by the Islamic State group killed 253 people at three churches and three luxury hotels. President orders extra security for religious sites and schools

President Maithripala Sirisena has ordered extra security for religious sites and schools. The President’s media division said that the President has advised the Commanders of the Tri-Forces and the IGP to deploy additional security personnel to safeguard the all religious sites and schools.
