New system to submit documentation of Sri Lankans deceased abroad

Over 2800 suspects arrested over various crimes in special operation

Over 2800 suspects were arrested today over various crimes in a special Police operation conducted around the country. The Police said that?2,879 suspects had been arrested in the special Police operation. The Police had also filed 7,516 cases for traffic violations during this period. (Colombo Gazette)
