PM says Government will seek backing of critics

B37A3749 (2)Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe says the Government will invite its critics to support the development plans of the Government.

Making a special statement today, the Prime Minister noted that there are several critics of the new Government.

However he says the Government will seek the support of the critics to move forward.

“No one will be able to stop our journey ahead,” he said.

The Prime Minister said that a three year plan will be launched to make improvements in Sri Lanka’s economy and social life.

He said that in 2015 the political parties in the new Government launched a campaign with National interests in mind.

This year, the Prime Minister says, the Government will look at meeting the economic needs of every household. (Colombo Gazette)
