HarshaThe European Union (EU) and Sri Lankan authorities were to meet in Brussels today to discuss the GSP plus trade concession.

Deputy Foreign Minister Dr. Harsha de Silva said that the meeting today is part of efforts Sri Lanka is taking to regain GSP plus from the EU.

He told Parliament the Government is confident of obtaining GSP plus next year.
