Sri Lankan tests positive for COVID-19 in Maldives

A Sri Lankan has tested positive for COVID-19 in the Maldives, the Health Protection Agency in the Maldives said. Further details of the Sri Lankan was not immediately known. Protest against attempt to cremate body in Kumarapuram

Protests were staged against an attempt to cremate the body of a man in the Kumarapuram village after he died at the Mullaitivu quarantine center. The 80 year-old man was taken to the Mullaitivu quarantine center from Colombo and was one of two people who had reportedly died yesterday (Friday).
