President Maithripala Sirisena joined several others today to clean Galle Face to mark international coastal cleanup day which is dedicated to the improvement of beaches, coastal regions and surrounding areas throughout the world

Sirisena’s brothers are cleaning the river-beds too. They remove sand from rivers and sorted-sand is mixed with rice. So sand is sold to price of rice.
