Seven injured following clash in Keselwatta

A clash between two groups in Keselwatte today resulted in at least seven people suffering injuries, the police media unit said.

The police said that the clash was over a private dispute and most of those injured had sustained stab wounds.

One person was said to be in critical condition and all those injured were admitted to the Colombo National hospital.

Three people of same family killed in Katugastota fire

Three people of the same family have been killed in a fire in Katugastota. The Police said that a father, daughter and son-in-law were killed in the fire.
