Italian police raid illegal school run for Sri Lankans

SRI_LANKA_NAPOLI_SCUOLA_SECOLO-670x274A school which operated illegally in Naples, Italy for children from Sri Lanka has been raided by the Italian police.

Italian media reports said that 60 children, between the ages of 5 and 11, all originating from Sri Lanka, were studying in the school.

The parents of the children reportedly paid 50 Euros a month to the school which was operating from an old building.

The illegal school was discovery by the Municipal Police of Naples (child protection unit ). The structure was found to be unsafe.
