Cost of Auto Diesel reduced by Rs. 10

The cost of Auto Diesel has been reduced by Rs. 10 by the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CEYPETCO) and Lanka IOC. CEYPETCO said that the price of Auto Diesel has been reduced by Rs. 10 and the new price will be Rs. 420 per litre. Lanka IOC also said that the new price of Auto Diesel will be Rs. 420 per litre. However, both CEYPETCO and Lanka IOC said that the price of other petroleum products will remain the same. (Colombo Gazette)

Litro increases domestic gas prices

Litro Gas has increased the price of domestic gas owing to an increase in world prices. The company said that an increase in the demand for gas in the global market during the season and the Ukraine war has resulted in an increase in global gas prices. As a result, Litro Gas said that it has decided to bear most of the costs and increase prices without placing a burden on the consumer.
