A Russian photographer has become an Instagram sensation with a series of pictures of his fiancee in the world’s most iconic locations.
Murad Osmann has 2.5million followers on the social network site thanks to his #followmeto project, in which he captures images of stunning Natalia Zakharova leading him by the hand towards beautiful places.
And his recent posts from India, Hong Kong and Sri Lanka may be among the best yet – including the Jama Masjid in New Delhi, India’s largest mosque.
They also visited the Taj Mahal, which he refers to as one of the wonders of the world, the Hawa Mahal – known as “Palace of Winds”, Varanasi, considered by Hindus to be one of the oldest cities in the world and Udaipur.
Murad then captured the turquoise waters of the Jumbo Kingdom in Hong Kong, which he describes as one of their favourite cities.
Heading to Sri Lanka, they took in the Sigiriya Lion Rock.
The project began five years ago by chance when an impatient Natalia pulled Murad along as he stopped to take a photo.
The India pictures were commissioned by Harper’s Bazaar Bride India and saw Zakharova wearing bridal outfits.
One of their most daring snaps has was taken on board a helicopter over the Hollywood Hills in Los Angeles.
The Moscow-based couple have also visited Hong Kong, where they contemplated a mist-shrouded Buddha.
In London they were fortunate to encounter blue skies – sort of – outside Westminster.
They captured the summer colour of the Big Apple superbly. In Rio they stood before Christ the Redeemer. And they even found time to visit Ikea!
