Recognising best in class building strategies and practices LEED certification requires building projects to satisfy prerequisites which are awarded points for different levels of certification.
Speaking on the Silver certification, Mr. Jeevan Gnanam, CEO of Orion Development explained, “Orion City has long established itself as a path-breaker in future centric planning and thinking. Which is why we are so pleased by the LEED Silver certification we have been awarded. Not only does it address our aims to utilise sustainable and renewable resources and promote the use of clean energy, it also recognises our focus on establishing healthy work atmospheres for our occupants. We will not, however, be resting on our laurels with this certification – the construction has already begun on Orion Towers, our latest project – for which we will be aiming to achieve Gold LEED certification.”
