Madras High Court sets deadline for probe on Lankan Navy

The Madras High Court Bench has directed the Ramanathapuram police to complete within six months the investigation into the death of Rameswaram fisherman K. Sri Lanka hands over 77 fishermen to India at IMBL

Seventy-seven fishermen of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry, who were released by Sri Lanka, were repatriated yesterday, The Hindu newspaper reported. The repatriation had taken place along the International Maritime Boundary Line (IMBL).
