Airman kills 2, shoots himself

An airman shot dead two air force members including a female at the Marble Beach resort in Trincomalee today and then shot himself.
The air force corporal had shot the two air force members at the reception of the resort operated by the air force.
According to the air force media unit, it is believed the murder was carried out over a love affair.
The corporal who shot himself after murdering the two air force members, was admitted to hospital in critical condition. (Colombo Gazette)

The Consumer Affairs Authority said that it has informed both Litro Gas and Laugfs Gas to suspend the distribution of gas cylinders.
