Lanka slams listing on UK human rights report

The Sri Lankan government on Tuesday slammed a British human rights report which listed the island among countries of concern over human rights issues. Drunk passengers in mid-air drama

Two Maldivians have been arrested for harassing passengers onboard a Sri Lankan airlines flight which was returning from Bangkok last night, the police said today. Both Maldivians had been under the influence of liquor and had harassed the passengers and crew while the plane was in mid-air.
