Parliament will debate the report of the Parliament Select Committee (PSC) appointed to investigate the allegations raised against Chief Justice Shirani Bandaranayake next month.
The Chief Justice had been found guilty on three of the five charges looked into by the PSC.
Speaker Chamal Rajapaksa told parliament today that 10 days will be allocated for the debate after January 8 next year.
The report of the PSC was submitted to the Speaker by the chairman of the PSC Minister Anura Priyadharshana Yapa today.
Opposition members of the 11 member PSC had yesterday withdrawn from the committee.
