Six fishermen drown, one rescued after mid-sea accident

Six fishermen drowned and one person was rescued after a mid-sea accident off Galle today. A fishing trawler had crashed into a ship off Galle and capsized. A merchant vessel had informed the Maritime Rescue Coordinating Centre (MRCC) about the accident, about 30 nautical miles off the Galle Lighthouse.
