Club Palm Bay Marawila opens a new Banquet Hall

Club Palm Bay Marawila recently opened its remodeled Banquet Hall, in the presence of special invitees and the media.

The Banquet Hall has been remodeled at a cost of 60 million rupees, with opulence and modern facilities for weddings and conferences including up to date audiovisual equipment and comfortable furniture.

The hotel also offers impeccable personalized service by well trained staff. The introduction of the new menus by the renowned chefs offering Sri Lankan and International cuisine will make every event exceptional.

Club Palm Bay – Marawila, is a 4 star resort hotel situated in the Western coast and is 35 kilometeres from the Bandaranaike International Airport. The hotel is centrally located and  has easy accessibility to tourist hot spots – Kalpitiya famous for sightings of Blue Whales, Sperm Whales and Dolphins, and to the well known Wild life sanctuary Wilpattu.

The hotel has 106 luxury chalets including 2 suites with a large pool and an Ayurvedic centre. All chalets have been refurbished at a cost of 200 million rupees, with plush interiors, furniture and upgraded amenities early this year.

A key feature of the hotel is its breathtaking location situated between the sea and lagoon, making it an ideal retreat for business and leisure under one roof. The new Mini Conference Hall which accommodates about 60 pax has also been renovated with all facilities to cater to smaller functions.

Plans are currently underway to further expand the resort with additional rooms and facilities, with the objective of making Club palm Bay Marawila a definite choice for tourists as well as local  holiday makers.
