Alston’s video premiers at Cricket final

The new video of Sri Lankan born musician Alston Koch will premiere at the Commonwealth Bank tri-series cricket final on Sunday at the Gabba in Brisbane, Australia.

According to a statement by Sony Music International this could well be the first time cricket fans see a music video make its’ world premiere at a sporting venture.

His new music video ‘SOUL SOUNDS’ from the Album ‘DON’T FUNK WITH ME’ will be making its World Premiere during the break at the match.

It was earlier reported that Alston will sing the Sri Lankan National Anthem if Sri Lanka makes it to the

ODI final with Australia at the Gabba.

ALSTON will also be a special invited guest at the game, be afforded the same fanfare etc. and be present at the special showing and premiere on the Big Screen be it the Indians or Sri Lanka playing Australia in the much anticipated final.

Sony Music International had recently signed up Alston Koch to distribute his latest album.

While so many Asians have been signed up with regional Sony Music distributers Alston becomes the first Asian to be signed up directly under Sony Music International.
