State Minister Ranjith Siyambalapitiya injured in accident

State Minister of Finance Ranjith Siyambalapitiya sustained injuries following an accident involving his vehicle.

Siyambalapitiya was admitted to hospital with minor injuries.

The accident had taken place in the Karawanella area in Ruwanwella, along the Kegalle – Avissawella main road.

Siambalapitiya vehicle skidded off the road in Karawanella and crashed against a parapet wall.

A security officer of the State Minister had also sustained injuries in the accident. (Colombo Gazette)
