UPFA seeks clarity from UNFGG on devolution

The United People?s Freedom Alliance (UPFA) today?sought clarity on the proposal of the United National Front for Good Governance (UNFGG) to devolve powers to the provinces. Suspect arrested over body found in Pettah

A suspect has been arrested over the discovery of a body of a female at the Pettah bus stand, the police media unit said. The police said that the suspect wanted over the murder of the woman had been identified through CCTV camera footage of a lodge in Pettah where the two of them had stayed together.
