Sri Lanka to import 300,000 liters of liquid medical oxygen weekly

The Government has decided to import 300,000 liters of liquid medical oxygen, weekly. Approval was given at the Cabinet meeting held on 24th May, 2021 to import 120,000 liters of oxygen per month to ensure the supply of liquid medical oxygen to the Covid-19 patients in critical condition. Another 194 Covid related deaths in Sri Lanka

Another 194 Covid related deaths have been reported in Sri Lanka, the Health Ministry said today. The Health Ministry said that the deaths had occurred yesterday and were confirmed today as being linked to the coronavirus. The latest victims include 145 people above the age of 60. Bathiudeen named suspect in case over death of teen
